Studies

In addition to its research activities, the CGS offers one bachelor's program and five master's programs: Latin American Studies (MA), Eastern Europe Studies (BA/MA), Provenance Research (MA, currently no new enrollment), Religion in Contemporary Society (MA), World Literature (MA) and World Arts and Music (MA).

For interested PhD students, the CGS offers an interdisciplinary doctoral program in Global Studies, which creates numerous prerequisites for further education and networking opportunities. In addition to offering workshops and lectures, the CGS Forum is a central exchange platform with changing topics and international speakers. Students are also offered  international exchange programs, which include study options at foreign partner universities and also participation in international programs such as the Summer School of the Institute for World Literature.
